"The gig... when the band came on stage, PH called for a minute's silence in rememberance of the victims of the terrorist attacks the day before. Darkness kicked off - phenomenal version. In fact the whole set was great - fantastic atmosphere - lots of singing along in the mosh pit, a bit of tango-ing (guilty!). Loads of good improvisation, in Killer especially. A few wheels falling off lyrically from PH but this didn't detract from the enjoyable-ness of the gig. Childlike Faith was particularly worthy of note. Bit disappointed with La Rossa... a bit under-rehearsed to my mind. Man-erg also a stonking version. Encores were Refugees - a bit shouty a la
RFH and a great Theme One to finish with, PH clearly enjoying from the sidelines.
On the whole a very good gig but there wasn't much variation in the
set-list... nothing from World Record - and no 'solo' stuff, eg Black
Room."

"The band were tight, Hammills energy incredible, Jaxon on great form, terrific organ tones from HB. Guy's drums were beautifully tuned and played, and kept the whole thing together with power and accuracy. The only disappointment - as often with PH - is that his vocals gradually degrade in tunefullness over the course of a gig, especially as he tries to play guitar. I'd give it 7/10'."
